You must be 62 years old or older to apply for an apartment in the complex, and application acceptance is income based. 

 

Click the link above for the apartment application. You can print it off, fill it out and mail it to the township office. You can also stop in and get an application during regular business hours, or if you need us to mail you an application, please call the office at (814)928-5253 and we would be more than happy to send the application by mail.
